ChemServe formed in the 1990’s because there was a need in the food industry for a chemical supplier that not only provided materials but also knowledgeable support for the cleaning and sanitation world.
With a focus on customer service, ChemServe’s mission was to provide a higher level of protection for their customers’ product quality and processing equipment.
Because of this, new cleaning compound formulations were developed, more reliable chemical feed and application equipment were built, and new systems for early detection of harmful micro biological growth on processing equipment and environmental areas were created. And they are still being used and improved today.
In 2022, ChemServe Inc., in a move to benefit customer service, created ChemServe West. The customer base had grown, and a regional group was created to better serve their needs.
Today ChemServe continues to carry on its original mission of customer service as needs and technology change. Field service personnel are trained in microbiology, chemistry, chemical safety, cleaning protocols for various equipment and products processed, training of plant personnel, etc.
Through passage of time and industry change our mission is the same; we strive to lead the way to provide the best sanitation services to the food processing industry.
